Bullying is when someone with more power misuses it through repeated behaviour (physical or social,) that causes harm, either physically or emotionally. It can happen in person or online and be obvious or hidden.
Single incidents and conflict or fights between equals, whether in person or online, are not defined as bullying. While these can be hurtful, they do not cause the sort of harm that bullying does.
