After almost two years, the Hon Justice Joseph Kay AM has decided to step down from the Chair of the National Centre Against Bullying (NCAB).
Justice Kay was only the second Chair of NCAB when he commenced in this role in November 2016. He led NCAB through a significant change of membership and has ensured that NCAB continues to be Australia’s pre-eminent authority on bullying trends and prevention.
We sincerely thank him for his service, leadership and commitment to the work of protecting children and young people from bullying and improving their wellbeing.
More students are reporting bullying to their schools, thanks to anonymous apps and web-based tools.
