The Alannah & Madeline Foundation/NCAB may collect your personal information when you interact with us via the telephone, email or via our online forms.

We may collect and store your personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, address, credit card or bank account details and donation history.

Without this personal information, we are unable to verify legitimate enquiries, send you a receipt and thank you for your donation.

What do we do with your personal information

Your personal information is stored and used to:

  • Process donations that you may make to the Foundation/NCAB

  • Send you information about the Foundation from time to time such as newsletters (via post or email). 

Disclosure of your personal information

Your personal information will not be sold or passed on to any third party except:

  • mailing houses for the purposes of Foundation mail only and

  • your financial institution if required for direct debit or credit card transactions 

Change of contact details

Help us to keep your personal information up to date by advising us of change of address, phone number, email address or if you wish to be removed from our mailing list.

Keeping your information safe

The Alannah & Madeline Foundation/NCAB takes your privacy seriously. We have security measures in place to protect your information stored by physical and electronic means.

Access to your personal information

You have access to the personal information held by the Foundation/NCAB about you. All requests for access to your information must be made in writing via email or post. Please allow 10 working days.

Protecting the privacy of the children we assist

The Alannah & Madeline Foundation's mission is keeping children safe from violence. The privacy of the children we assist is of the upmost importance. Under no circumstances will we disclose the personal information of the children we assist.

All names in our case studies have been changed to protect privacy.

Children pictured on our website and collateral are either models or have given consent.
